This initial session includes a comprehensive assessment of your mental health history, current concerns, and goals for therapy. It sets the foundation for your care plan moving forward.

This is a full-length therapy session ideal for ongoing individual, couples, or family counseling. It allows time to explore issues in depth and work toward long-term goals.

A slightly shorter session that offers space to process emotions, develop coping skills, or continue therapeutic work when a full hour isn’t needed.

This brief session is best for check-ins, crisis support, or focused work on a specific issue. It’s also helpful for clients with limited availability.

We offer a free 10-minute consultation call to answer your questions and help you determine if our services are the right fit for you. This brief call provides an opportunity to discuss your needs and learn more about what to expect.
Private Pay Rates: We offer private pay options for clients who either prefer not to use insurance or whose insurance we do not accept. This provides greater flexibility, privacy, and control over your mental health care.
Under the No Surprises Act, clients not using insurance are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate for expected costs.
You will receive this estimate before your first session or upon request.
It outlines your estimated cost of care over a specific period (e.g., 12 months).
If your bill is $400+ more than estimated, you have the right to dispute it.

Late Cancellation &
No-Show Fees
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and schedules may need to shift. As a solo clinician, my availability is limited, and each appointment time is reserved specifically for you. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. The first late cancellation or no-show will receive a one-time courtesy warning; after that, a $50 fee will be charged for missed or late-cancelled sessions. Please note that insurance does not cover late fees, and they will be your responsibility. This policy helps ensure fairness and allows me to best serve all clients.

You can securely pay for your sessions and access your invoices through our client portal. We accept all major credit cards, including HSA/FSA cards.

Yes, a valid credit or debit card must be securely stored on file for billing purposes not covered by insurance, including session fees, late cancellations, or missed appointments. Charges will not be processed without the client’s prior knowledge and consent. All payment information is managed through a HIPAA-compliant, encrypted payment system to ensure your privacy and security.
